About Jill

My career spans senior leadership roles across department stores, luxury and premium brands, and international markets, with a consistent focus on delivering measurable results while building strong teams and helping shape them 
for sustained growth.

Today I partner with founders and executive 
teams as a fractional leader, providing expertise across strategy, international expansion, wholesale, partnerships, and merchandising.

I have worked for and with leading names including Burberry, House of Fraser, Aspinal of London, Links of London and Seasalt Cornwall, helping them define growth strategies, strengthen retail performance and accelerate expansion across key global markets.

Alongside my advisory work, I sit on the Global Advisory Board for Rarely Heard Women, supporting senior female leaders and helping to build international communities through conferences, salons and leadership programmes.

I design and lead retail led growth and market entry strategies, enabling brands to expand with confidence rather than through trial and error.

I provide end to end merchandising and retail support across categories, stores, and digital channels.

Working closely with your teams, I shape the right assortment architecture, depth and flow, refine pricing and margin strategy, and ensure buys, allocations and in store execution are commercially driven. Every rail, table and edit should strengthen the brand proposition and deliver profitable sell through.
